The design of these 19 panels done in two series was to serve multiple purposes. The project was to initially give a sense of history of a community approaching it’s Bicentennial. The project also wove connections between the past and present and related information between signs compelling the streaker, stroller or student down the path to discover and learn more of the story of this place, Houlton, ME.
